The Botanist Bath is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to support the kitchen leadership team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will assist with daily kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards and manage stock, contributing to a positive, developmental team environment.

You'll work closely with colleagues to foster teamwork, consistency and growth, ensuring high standards and smooth services across all shifts.

We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. At The Botanist Bath, you'll play an important role in supporting the kitchen leadership team, maintaining high standards and helping deliver exceptional food experiences for every guest.

You’ll work closely with your colleagues to create a positive kitchen environment where teamwork, consistency and development are at the heart of every service.

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about food, committed to quality and enjoys supporting others.

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef is desirable.
