Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking an experienced hotel chef to support kitchen operations and lead by example in food production. You will mentor culinary staff and assist the Jr Head Chef, occasionally deputising as needed.

Your role will also contribute to the success of meetings and events offerings. We look for a strong focus on quality, a background in hotel kitchens, and a desire to learn and grow within the Dalata Academy and internal development programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in hotels or similar.
• Unrelenting focus on quality.
• A personal desire to be developed and to learn in your role.

• Support the kitchen operations for the hotel.

What You’ll Need
