Join our talented kitchen team as a Sous Chef at The Hare & Hounds, a traditional family-friendly pub located on Lansdown Hill with stunning countryside views, just a mile from town. We pride ourselves on serving a contemporary menu alongside reimagined pub classics, using locally sourced produce.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
• Ensuring procedures and dish specifications are precisely followed
• Adapting our menu to meet business and guest needs
