The Sutton Hotel Collection invites applications for a Sous Chef at Emberwood, Francis Hotel Bath. The role offers £37,500 per annum plus troncs and a comprehensive benefits package.

Onsite shifts, five days in seven, in a historic Bath setting with a focus on local, seasonal ingredients and open-fire cooking. Join our team as we work through a multi-million pound transformation, delivering memorable dining experiences across our boutique hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef in a hotel or high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work onsite, five days a week, shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals to high standards in a busy hotel kitchen.
• Assist in managing kitchen operations during service.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with regulations.

About the role:

Our restaurant is the most exciting place to eat and drink in Bath and beyond with beautifully designed dining area with open plan kitchen where the team prepare local, seasonal ingredients over open fire. Complementing the restaurant is our luxurious bar, intimate snug and terrace(s).

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team here at Emberwood at the Francis Hotel Bath. Come and join our welcoming and friendly team as we embark on an exciting multi-million pound transformation.
