The New World Trading Company is seeking a Sous Chef to lead by example and support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You’ll help maintain a high-performing kitchen culture and drive consistency across services.

We’re looking for someone with strong culinary skills and leadership ability, plus the desire to coach and develop the team. Previous Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie experience is desirable.

• Strong culinary skills with leadership ability.
• Ability to coach and develop kitchen staff.

We're looking for Sous Chefs who are passionate about great food, strong teamwork and creating memorable dining experiences.

At The New World Trading Company, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.

You'll lead by example, support the development of your team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.

• Supporting stock control and food cost management

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong culinary skills with a passion for leadership and teamwork.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie is desirable.
