Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a boutique hotel in Aviemore to recruit a Sous Chef. You will work with the owners and Head Chef to oversee all aspects of the catering operation and contribute to maintaining Rosette-level dining in a stunning Scottish setting.

The role offers on-site accommodation assistance and relocation support, onsite laundry, monthly payment of hours worked, and attractive staff discounts.
