Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a motivated Sous Chef for EGO Ackworth to lead a section, train staff, and ensure brand standards across the kitchen. You will step up in the Head Chef's absence and help manage ordering, prep, and stock while delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

You’ll work with a branded Mediterranean-inspired menu, drive team performance, and uphold health and hygiene regulations. Benefits include pension, holidays, discounts and progression opportunities.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
• Experience delivering high quality meals to brand standards.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control processes.
• Comfort working with a branded menu and recipes.
