Job Title: Sourcing Specialist
Reporting To: Supply Chain Supervisor
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Hours: Dayshift, Monday to Friday
Location: 100% office based
Annual Salary: £29000-£31000

Job Summary:
The Sourcing Specialist collaborates with Sales and Supply Chain teams to enhance product offerings aligned with company strategy. Responsibilities include sourcing, pricing, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Additionally, manages product lifecycle and maintains gross margin guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to field sales requests and managing customer orders.
Negotiating prices and quantities with suppliers, ensuring profitability.
Maintaining and discontinuing product lines as needed.
Onboarding new suppliers and optimizing inventory management.
Required Skills:
Experience in the Tools Industry (preferred).
Proficiency in ERP systems and data extraction.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
