Job summary

Reachdesk, a leading SaaS gifting platform, seeks a Sourcing Manager for Promotional Merchandise in a remote-UK role. You will own supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and oversee the end-to-end sourcing of branded products for global campaigns.

You’ll build a best-in-class vendor network, curate product catalogs and lookbooks, and collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand merchandise at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products.
• Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management with pricing & terms.
• Understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience with promo product software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promo products and branded merchandise.
• Build out and manage a scalable vendor network.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve savings and favorable agreements.
• Set pricing that balances market competitiveness with margins for Reachdesk.
• Oversee end-to-end sourcing, catalog creation, and lookbooks for campaigns.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Lead process improvements in procurement and order management.
