The Position

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make an impact in Direct Procurement Operations? As aSourcing Manager, you will play a key role in executing procurement activities within a specific region, country, or site. You will be responsible for supplier management, including negotiations, contracting, and performance management, all while aligning with our Category Management team.

Who You Are
You are a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional with a strong background in sourcing and supplier management. Your ability to execute procurement processes end-to-end ensures operational excellence and cost-effectiveness. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by the opportunity to deliver meaningful impact.

What you bring to the role:

  • A university degree, preferably in business or a related field (post-graduate qualification is a plus).

  • Procurement experience, including contracting, enterprise systems, and spot buying.

  • Business fluency in English and, ideally, additional regional languages.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into procurement solutions.

  • Knowledge of procurement tools, eSourcing platforms, and contract management systems.

  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies and a customer-centric approach.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute procurement activities within your designated region or site, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

  • Act as a key point of escalation for procurement-related issues and drive continuous improvements.

  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and track supplier performance to ensure optimal value delivery.

  • Collaborate with legal teams to support contract development, including master agreements and statements of work.

  • Leverage sourcing methodologies, tools, and category guidelines to optimize procurement processes.

  • Maintain strong information flows between procurement teams and category management for enhanced decision-making.
