Job summary

AAH Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a proactive professional to support the Generics Sourcing Team in UK. You'll collate tender outputs, manage supplier responses, and build RFPs while maintaining pricing data and master files.

Daily duties include data distribution to Finance, updating forecasts, and liaising with Own Label suppliers. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI dashboards, and the ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment within

Qualifications

• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards or similar BI tools.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills under pressure.
• Understanding of Healthcare markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collate output from tender platforms and align with pricing processes.
• Track and chase supplier responses; manage pricing queries.
• Build RFPs in monthly tender platform and maintain supplier data.
• Update and maintain master pricing file; perform monthly checks.
• Distribute data to Finance for performance reporting; share legal and QA docs.
• Monitor pricing and forecasting spreadsheets and lead timely uploads.
• Support Own Label forecasting and supplier information gathering.

About The Role

This is a highly varied role which contributes to many facets of the GenericsSourcing Team. Key accountabilities are as follows:.

Accountabilities

• Collate output from the tender platforms and ensure fit with our current pricing processes
• Tracking and chasing individual supplier responses
• Separate pricing queries and challenges sent to each and managing the responses
• Building RFPs in the Monthly Tender platform
• Maintaining supplier data base within bidding platform
• Update and maintain master pricing file
• Monthly pricing system checksGeneral Administration
• Collation and distribution of all data required by the Finance Team to enable the compilation of performancereports
• Distribution of Legal and Quality related documents to Own Label suppliers and expediting their completionand return.
• Ensure Pricing and Forecasting spreadsheets are completed by the Buyers and uploaded onto the sharedsystems in accordance with pre-determined timelines
• Management of the Own Label forecasting spreadsheet to monitor performance against pre-determinedtargets.
• Supplier liaison in relation to product information gathering and pricing challenges.
• Daily receipt reports
• Monitor teams group email inbox.
