The Marine Strategic Sourcing Associate plays a key role insupporting global shipboard talent acquisition efforts by executinginnovative sourcing strategies and maintaining a proactive talentpipeline. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top-tiertalent for shipboard positions across different platforms. This personwill sift through different applicants and resumes to identify the toptalent to send to the recruitment teams. Collaborating closely withrecruiters and hiring partners, the Sourcing Associate ensures thecompany has access to a steady talent pool while staying competitivein the global market.

Must Haves:

• 1+ years of recruitment or relevant experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentwith shifting priorities.

Plusses:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BusinessAdministration, or a related field preferred.
• Experiencerecruiting for marine, or cruise industry highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets a plus.
