Qualifications

• Умение совмещать массовый поиск с узкоспециализированными запросами.
• Опыт работы с AI-инструментами и инновационными технологиями поиска.
• Свободный английский язык.

Responsibilities

• Идентифицировать и картировать пул талантов в Engineering, Product и Design.
• Устанавливать passive-кандидатов через персонализированные обращения.
• Проводить первые собеседования для оценки соответствия и интереса кандидатов.
• Готовить отчёты и исследования по рынкам талантов и метрикам поиска.

Задачи:

Identify and map talent pools across Engineering, Product, and Design at all levels across European locations; Engage passive candidates through personalised outreach strategies; Conduct initial conversations to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest; Produce reports and research on talent markets, competitive landscapes, and sourcing metrics; Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and Personio leadership to deliver tailored sourcing solutions; Support cross-functional projects, initiatives, and programs as a subject-matter expert; Drive sourcing initiatives for other Talent Acquisition members and foster a learning culture.

8+ Years of experience in a technical talent role at a product-focused company; Expertise in identifying and mapping talent pools using creative sourcing strategies and tools; Ability to craft compelling, personalised outreach and build candidate relationships; Ability to understand requirements across diverse roles, functions, and seniority levels; Data-driven approach to sourcing metrics, market insights, performance tracking, and continuous improvement; Ability to collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and leadership; Ability to balance high-volume sourcing with specialised searches and adapt priorities; Experience using AI tools and innovative sourcing technologies; Fluent English.

Условия:
