Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in the United Kingdom seeks a Systems of Systems (SoS) Integration lead to oversee the integration and performance of NexGen ANS systems.

You will develop SoS integration strategies, plans and schedules to ensure coherent end-to-end interoperability and manage SoS integration risks. You will lead SoS testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication to drive successful integration programs.

Qualifications

• Trained in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in system engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proven experience in system integration, systems engineering, or related role managing complex integration projects.
• Proficient in development lifecycle and integration methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive win‑win outcomes with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall integration and performance of NexGen ANS systems.
• Develop SoS integration strategies, plans and schedules for end-to-end interoperability.
• Lead SoS integration activities including SoS testing to verify functionality and performance.
• Manage the overall SoS integration programme risks.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
