Job summary

Nscale is hiring a Systems Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain the connective tissue between the company’s rapidly expanding application landscape. You will implement API-based integrations, data mappings, and event-driven workflows to ensure seamless data flow across ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS, and ITSM systems.

As an IC role, you’ll own the systems development lifecycle, work with external consultants, and translate business requirements into solid technical designs while

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building enterprise integrations across finance, supply chain applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks.
• Experience with at least one integration platform (Workato, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, Make) or custom API development.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience integrating core business systems: ERP/HRIS/CRM/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build API-based integrations between core business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, ATS).
• Implement event-driven workflows, webhooks, and scheduled data syncs.
• Partner with Palantir Foundry team to enable integration platform usage.
• Develop data transformation logic, mappings, and validation rules.
• Design error handling, retries, and production monitoring for integrations.
• Maintain data consistency across entities and currencies; lead data migrations.
