Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. in the United Kingdom seeks a Systems of Systems (SoS) Integration lead to oversee the integration and performance of NexGen ANS systems.

You will develop SoS integration strategies, plans and schedules to ensure coherent end-to-end interoperability and manage SoS integration risks. You will lead SoS testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication to drive successful integration programs.

Qualifications

• Trained in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in system engineering or a related field.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Proven experience in system integration, systems engineering, or related role managing complex integration projects.
• Proficient in development lifecycle and integration methodologies and tools.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to influence and drive win‑win outcomes with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What you will be working on

As the SOSI, you will be responsible for the overall integration and performance of the integrated NexGen ANS systems. You will need to develop the SoS integration strategies, plans and schedule to ensure coherent end-to-end integration and interoperability of the NexGen ANS systems. You will also need to lead the SoS integration activities such as SoS testing to verify and validate the overall SoS functionality and performance, as well as manage the overall SoS integration programme risks. To do these, you will need to be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in system engineering or a related field

• Familiarity with Air Traffic Management, Communications/ Navigation/Surveillance systems and aviation safety will be an advantage
