Job summary

DPD UK is hiring a Hub 5 Sortation Operative (Days). You will unload, scan, sort and load parcels, ensuring safe, swift transit through the hub. Training starts with night shifts, then moves to day shifts.

Expect a 40-hour week at £12.71 per hour with overtime paid at an enhanced rate. Roles require physical work and strict adherence to health and safety standards within a 365-day operation.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to maintain high performance standards.
• High attention to detail for accurate parcel handling and processing.
• Good organisational skills to effectively manage workload and meet targets.
• Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations and deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the warehouse as needed.
• Physical capacity to lift, load and carry items up to 25kg regularly.
• Some understanding of Health and Safety practices in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities
