Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for our National Distribution Centre in Wolverhampton. You will lead the safety agenda, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and driving a proactive safety culture across the distribution network.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and proven H&S management experience in warehousing or logistics. You will partner with operations, HR and external inspectors to maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent and working towards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement H&S policies and procedures in line with UK legislation.
• Lead health and safety initiatives to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and inspections; implement controls.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations and preventative actions.
• Provide training and guidance on health and safety protocols to staff.
• Collaborate with H&S team, operations, logistics and HR to embed safety strategies.
