• Perform and report various sonographic examinations including abdominal and vascular.
• Ensure efficient and high-standard ultrasound examinations.

Sonographer – London

Based across our hub locations in North East London

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced sonographer to join our ultrasound service based in North London.

Responsibilities:

1. You will assist the Ultrasound Clinical Lead with the organisation and supervision of junior/new staff within ultrasound.
2. To provide a high standard of work as agreed by the service demands.
3. To ensure that the ultrasound examinations of patients are carried out efficiently, consistent with keeping to the standard required.
4. Perform/report the following sonographic examinations:

• Abdominal
• Scrotal
• Renal
• Gynaecology (Transvaginal, Transabdominal)
• MSK
• Vascular

Requirements:

• Current HCPC Registration
• Ultrasound experience within the UK
• Ability to scan and report independently while working as part of a team with a Clinical Support Worker
• Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound
• Minimum of 900 ultrasound scans reported in the last 12 months
