Job summary

Kioku by Endo in London seeks a talented Sommelier to deliver outstanding wine service and curate memorable dining experiences. You will work with our Head Sommelier and management to develop wine knowledge, sake, and Japanese beverage culture, thriving in a refined setting within The OWO overlooking Trafalgar Square.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a wine-focused hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of wine and a genuine desire to continue learning.
• Interest in Japanese cuisine, sake, and Japanese beverage traditions.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Passion for delivering warm, personalised hospitality.
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
• WSET qualification is desirable but not essential.
