Job summary

Karbon Homes in the Castles and Coasts region is seeking a Karbon Solutions Team Manager to lead the delivery of heating servicing and repairs across circa 9,500 properties.

You will manage a team of heating engineers, ensure Gas Safe compliance, carry out QA inspections, and drive service improvements in partnership with external stakeholders. This is a rigidly safety-focused role with strong leadership and communication requirements.

Qualifications

• Gas qualified, minimum requirement.
• Experience leading a team of heating engineers.
• Ability to implement QA inspections and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of heating servicing and repairs for partner housing associations.
• Lead and develop the heating engineering team and ensure compliance.
