The Solutions Sales Manager for the Hybrid Cloud go-to-market (GTM) will lead both direct and virtual teams to drive the Hybrid Cloud GTM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
The direct team includes Solution Sales Specialists and Business Development Managers. You will be accountable for GTM performance and growth, requiring strategic thinking, leadership, business acumen, and collaboration skills. Success is measured by achieving targets, contributing to UKI sales, and developing your team.
