Job summary

WPP Media, the AI-driven media operating unit, is seeking a Planning Executive in the UK to support the planning team and kickstart a career in media planning. You will build knowledge across channels, assist with campaign execution, and learn to use industry tools while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

You will develop reporting skills, support client communications, and stay updated on industry trends, with growth opportunities within WPP Media and the wider WPP network.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of media planning across channels.
• Interest in DEI planning and carbon-conscious media.
• Familiarity with media systems and tools such as TGI/Pathmatics.
• Ability to summarise information and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across channels.
• Learn about DEI planning and carbon-conscious media.
• Learn and use media systems and tools including TGI, Pathmatics, Wavemaker Architect, AdIntel, etc.
• Run and analyse reports including competitive and audience insights.
