Solutions Engineering Team Leader

A unique opportunity for a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to work within a software house based in London, supporting pre-sales demonstrations and client onboarding. This role is within a rapidly growing, successful software company offering progression opportunities. It is ideal for a Senior Solutions Engineer looking to advance their career in one of the UK's fastest-growing tech firms.

Location: London, UK - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Salary: £75,000 + OTE bonus per annum + benefits

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Solutions Engineering, including mentoring junior staff
• Academic background of 2.1 or 1st class degree, with at least ABB at A Level or international equivalent
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Keen interest in understanding customer challenges
• Passion for technology and quick learner of technical information

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Evaluate customer use cases and provide tailored guidance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources
• Act as a technical authority to support sales demonstrations
• Create APIs, SDKs, and support materials for integration
• Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams to ensure seamless solutions
• Gather feedback to improve workflows and documentation
