Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and progress customer opportunities.
• Engage customers to understand business drivers and technical challenges.
• Design and articulate integrated solutions across multiple technology domains.
• Support the full pre-sales lifecycle, including discovery and solution design.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners.
