Job summary

KONE in the United Kingdom invites a CSE Solution Engineer to support the sales team with technical input, costing, and project delivery planning. You will manage specifications, CAD layouts, and deliver times/costs while addressing customer questions, liaising with design teams, and ensuring code compliance.

You will operate in a hybrid environment, coordinating with suppliers, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Engineering or mechanical background with formal qualification.
• Experience on engineering projects and design reviews.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of codes and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer needs and develop proposals with clear solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and owners for specifications.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with design teams.
• Provide technical and costing support for sales processes.
• Organise orders, drawings, and project handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety requirements.
• Plan projects and manage site surveys and schedules.
