Job summary

KONE is seeking a CSE Solution Engineer to provide technical support to the sales team, develop proposals, and own the order handling, including specifications, CAD drawings, and estimating installation times and costs. You will conduct regular site visits within the M25 and collaborate with designers, contractors and owners.

The role emphasises solution engineering, cost control, compliance with codes and safety, and close cooperation with Sales and Operations to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Industry experience is essential.
• Experience in the elevator industry and surveying existing equipment is essential.
• Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and costing support during the sales process.
• Coordinate specifications and delivery times with supply lines and subcontractors.
• Organise order process and project documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and plan project execution to schedule.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety requirements.
