Job summary

NiCE is seeking a talented services engineer to join our technology team in Hedge End, near Southampton. You will focus on implementing technical aspects of NICE product deployments and handle non-standard configuration requests, while supporting product teams.

You will champion supportability, work across departments, and help deliver preventative actions for our customers. UK security clearance eligibility is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in system/implementation engineering for complex data driven solutions.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, .Net, C#, or Java.
• Experience with APIs (REST, SOAP) and tools like Postman or Fiddler.
• Data handling with RDBMS such as MS SQL.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with Windows server/client.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and supporting custom deployments and integration of NICE product suites for clients.
• Handling non-standard configuration requests and performing advanced system adjustments.
• Collaborating across departments and managing customer relationships.
• Tracking effort on tasks and communicating risks.
