Nexalytica Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Engineer in London to act as the technical partner from first demo to dashboard delivery. You will understand customer data landscapes, connect databases, configure knowledge bases, and demonstrate how Nexalytica solves long-standing problems.

You will lead technical evaluations, build PoCs, and address security, performance, and integration questions. Post-sale, you will guide onboarding and train teams, ensuring customer feedback reaches the product team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical evaluations and build PoCs during the sales cycle.
• Onboard customers post-sale and train teams for adoption.
• Serve as customer advocate to relay feedback to product teams.
