Role summary:

We seek a dynamic leader as a CLCS Solutions Delivery Manager. This role involves transforming innovative service concepts into scalable, customer-centric solutions.

  • Service Ownership: Act as the business owner for assigned service innovations, defining scope, KPIs, and value drivers.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across LES, including Sales, Service, Digital, and Commercial to drive service adoption and scaling.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure new services meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Seamless Integration: Oversee integration of new services into CLCS, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to identify pain points and test early-stage service concepts.
  • Gather feedback from pilot customers and refine offerings.
  • Design and manage customer trials, pilot programs, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Set clear success metrics and data-driven evaluation criteria for pilots.
  • Work with sales to select early adopters across diverse customer types.
  • Develop service delivery frameworks for smooth deployment.
  • Coordinate with Service Operations & Customer Support for readiness.
  • Monitor service adoption, customer satisfaction, and performance post-launch.
