Job Description:

Solutions Consultant – Remote (UK)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + up to 25% bonus

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Solutions Consultant to support strategic customer evaluations and implementations of our Clients SaaS accounting solutions. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to guide clients through onboarding, provide consultative advice, manage project plans, and help improve internal processes for scalable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers on customer onboarding and implementation.
  • Develop tailored project and demo strategies focused on client value.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal knowledge bases and scalable processes.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to support product innovation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in audit/accounting or 5+ years in a client-facing SaaS role.
  • Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in or understanding of technology in the accounting sector.
  • Bonus: Chartered Accountant qualification, audit tech experience, or CRM/product management skills.
