Working hybrid with global colleagues, you will facilitate workshops, support adoption, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business, Technology or related discipline.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement or project delivery.
• Curious, analytical, and confident working with stakeholders across different teams.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with an interest in technology and business transformation.
• Exposure to financial services or automation/low-code platforms is a bonus.

• Partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and client outcomes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into practical, scalable technology solutions and workflows.
• Design, enhance and support workflow and low-code solutions, helping drive digital transformation across the business.
• Facilitate workshops, testing, training and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technology projects and change programmes while building strong stakeholder relationships.
