Job summary

Elastic seeks a Search Solutions Architect to design and deploy cutting‑edge search solutions that leverage AI, semantic search, and vector search. You will drive projects from concept to POC, showcasing how ELSER and vector databases unlock unparalleled data insights and decision making for customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and data scientists, evangelize Elastic’s vision, and stay ahead of AI/semantic tech trends while guiding customers through complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise‑level search solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluency in Spanish would be an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of ELSER’s architecture and other models within the Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Experience with vector databases and other emerging data storage solutions.
