Preferred Expertise: Solution Architects with proven expertise in the following areas, which align closely with this role:

• Prepaid/Postpaid services, Data usage, Bundled offerings
• Transaction processing, Subscription services
• Billing of services, Claims processing
• Customer usage and payments
• User management, Pricing tiers, Invoicing
• Online transactions, Loyalty programs, POS Systems
• Billing for utilities, Taxes and permits, Requiring secure and compliant systems

Core Competencies:

• Technical Documentation & Communication: Proven ability to produce high-quality technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), reports, and presentations. Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.
• End-to-end Solution Architecture Experience: Experience with information systems and billing architecture.
• Relevant Industry Knowledge: Industry sectors mentioned above.
