Job Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including HLDs, LLDs, reports, and presentations
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Design end-to-end solutions in information systems and order architecture
• Work with Data Architecture, Data Warehousing & Lakes, ETL/ELT Pipelines, CDPs, Data Governance & Compliance, Analytics & BI
• Design and manage APIs, Middleware, ESB, Event-Driven Architecture, BSS/OSS Integration, Partner Ecosystem, CI/CD & DevOps
• Develop digital solutions such as Customer Portals, UX/UI, Personalization Engines, Omnichannel Experiences, CMS, and Front-End Frameworks
• Apply relevant industry or commercial knowledge in sectors such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, SaaS & Cloud, E-Commerce, and Government
