What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on AWS, using best practices in DevOps and cloud-native design.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform for efficient and consistent deployments.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure and services using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using AWS-native tools like CloudWatch or third-party solutions.
- Optimize cloud architectures for cost, performance, and security; advise clients on best practices for infrastructure, data, and application deployment.
- Mentor teams on AWS architecture patterns, DevOps methodologies, and operational best practices.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and services into AWS environments to enhance automation, performance, and security.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture role focusing on AWS.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
- Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration, networking, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Proven ability to architect solutions that meet business and technical requirements while balancing performance, scalability, and cost.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
