Overview

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to design and deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions across complex defence and national security programmes. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to shape architecture from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design end-to-end technical solutions for complex systems.
2. Engage with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
3. Lead architecture throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
5. Guide and mentor technical teams.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in solutions or technical architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and software systems.
• Understanding of secure and scalable system design.
• Familiarity with MOD or defence frameworks is preferred.
