Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Solutions Architect for a hybrid role in London. You will act as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding secure and scalable deployments and aligning with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams.

You will drive pre- and post-sales engagements, validate architectures, and support sales opportunities while mentoring teams and contributing to best practices documentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Infrastructure Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, identity and access management, and enterprise security.
• Experience with one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Ability to lead technical architecture discussions with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to technical best practices, documentation, and deployment standards.
