Solution Architect (Remote within Ireland/UK)

As we continue to experience explosive growth, Codec is looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our established practice and be part of the delivery team on exciting new projects. Our team of Solution Architects work on the largest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations in Ireland in fast paced environments where the Dynamics product is used to implement complex business processes in an accelerated manner. While this role is mostly remote, there may be occasional requirements to travel to Dublin, which will be discussed at the interview stage.

Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, including sales, customer service, marketing, and field service processes.
2. Develop and deliver functionality from the CRM system, utilizing the latest Dynamics 365 features and Power Platform for various implementations.
3. Design solutions in agile and waterfall environments, primarily with Dynamics 365, integrating other Microsoft technologies as needed.
4. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet requirements.
5. Maintain a trusted advisor relationship with clients and identify opportunities for additional project work.
6. Participate in pre-sales activities, including providing input to tenders, demos, and prototypes.
7. Contribute to operational improvements within the team.
8. Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation.
9. Identify risks and participate in mitigation activities.
10. Recommend resource allocations and mentor developers.
11. Ensure implementation quality and standards are met.
12. Collaborate on smaller projects to ensure timely delivery.
13. Evaluate new products and third-party components for suitability.
14. Maintain relevant documentation.

Desired Experience & Technical Skills

Ideal candidates will have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technology stack, with client engagement experience, and the ability to adapt to various industries and processes.
