Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Solutions Architect to join a high-performing team and support a large international programme. You will design end-to-end tech and solution designs and help evolve architecture standards and best practices.

The role involves working on digitisation and automation initiatives across operations, with an emphasis on pragmatic leadership in a low-maturity environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Solutions Architecture role.
• Background in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, retail or operational sectors.
• Experience digitising manual processes or implementing workflow/pipeline platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com, Edisson365).
• Experience in low-maturity, legacy environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity.

Job description

We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for a Solutions Architect to join their high-performing team and support a large, international programme. You will be key to designing end-to-end tech & solution designs and contribute to the business' evolution of architecture patterns, standards, and best practises and, ultimately, uplift the maturity of the architecture function.

There are multiple programmes running adjacently within the business, with an opportunity to work on one of the following:

• An initiative focused on digitising all manual processes within engineering and operations
• An initiative focused on implementing a modern workflow and performance management platform

The present maturity of the function is low, with a lack in established processes, tooling, and frameworks so we are looking for a pragmatic individual that will thrive in this environment and provide thought leadership whilst also getting their hands dirty.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience within a Solutions Architecture position
• A background within transportation, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, retail - or businesses with an operational element
• Relevant project experience - working on digitisation & automation of manual processes or implementing workflow/pipeline management platforms (Salesforce, Monday.com, Edisson365, etc)
• Previous experience working within an low maturity, legacy environment with little structure

The successful individual must also have:

• The ability to manage competing priorities and ambiguity
