About the Job

Our Adoption team, part of the Customer Success Team, manages the onboarding and configuration of our customers' solutions, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. The role involves Customer Care (Support) and Onboarding (Implementation) to help clients achieve their success outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Manchester, requiring customer visits.

We seek individuals with over 1 year of experience in SaaS support or implementation roles, preferably with CcaaS experience as a vendor or user.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients via email, webchat, and phone with product usage questions.
  • Support post-go-live activities during onboarding to ensure client success and feature adoption.
  • Deliver SMB onboarding projects focusing on discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live, with appropriate training and development.
  • Collaborate across teams within the company to deliver excellent customer experiences.
