AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director to lead engineering engagements and grow key client accounts across the UK. You will combine deep technical expertise with high-level advisory skills to shape strategy and drive outcomes for senior stakeholders.

You will guide solution design, promote modern engineering practices, and mentor teams to deliver scalable, secure architectures aligned with client business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience guiding large-scale technology engagements for senior stakeholders.
• Strong track record in shaping strategy and technology roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client accounts, building trust with C-suite stakeholders.
• Advise on technology strategy across cloud, data, integration and full stack engineering.
• Identify opportunities and help shape proposals with the Head of Client Services.
• Lead solution design and governance to ensure business value and technical integrity.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
