Workday, Inc. is seeking an outstanding Solution Consultant for the UK to demonstrate Workday’s HCM offerings and extend value to potential customers.

You will work within the UK Industry team focusing on Retail, Hospitality and Transportation, leveraging your HCM knowledge to guide demonstrations and product sessions. The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities with pace and precision, including collaboration with Account

Qualifications

• Professional experience in a Pre-Sales / Sales Consulting / HR role.
• Expertise knowledge of administrative systems around HR.
• Understanding of Cloud-based HCM SaaS solutions.
• Experience presenting administrative computing solutions to both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relevant technical product demonstrations and workshops.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about the solution, services and training.
• Contribute to qualification of prospects, demo criteria and proof-of-concept builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist responses to RFIs/RFPs and nurture trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders.

This is your chance to demonstrate the product, and extend the value of next generation HCM Applications for new customers. This role is based in our Industry team focussing on Retail, Hospitality and Transportation whilst using your HCM skillset.Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Consultants leverage their in-depth product knowledge of Workday’s HCM enterprise software and industry knowledge to provide deep functional expertise throughout the sales process.
