Role Overview: HR Technology Solution Architect supporting all sizes, including large and complex HR sales opportunities. Responsible for all aspects of the technology solution, including infrastructure, foundation tools, functional tools, automation, analytics, and AI.

The tech solution architect will collaborate with their counterpart to assess and design optimal technology solutions, considering business impact, cost optimization, and risk assessment. Responsibilities include developing responses to client requests, presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders, and supporting pre-sales processes.

1. Manage and coordinate technology teams across locations for relevant opportunities.
2. Develop technical solution designs and work with architects to estimate costs.
3. Present solutions to clients and internal executives.
4. Collaborate with transformation teams to evaluate business impact and ROI.
5. Work with various technology teams to create comprehensive, holistic solutions.
6. Demo HR assets to stakeholders as needed.
7. Excellent client-facing presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
8. Strong analytical skills and experience in Business Process Services for HR.
9. People management experience (team of 5+).
10. Ability to work independently.
11. Knowledge of HR business processes.
12. Experience with cloud telephony solutions like Amazon Connect.
13. Experience with enterprise HR applications (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and talent acquisition tools.
14. Familiarity with generative AI concepts.
