Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking a Solution Architect to shape an enterprise transformation with a focus on Workday Learning and HR technology. The contract is six months, with Reading or Dublin locations and three days per week in the office.

You will lead solution design from requirements to delivery, ensuring secure, scalable systems aligned with enterprise architecture principles across Workday, identity management, integrations and colleague-experience platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture and governance.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, especially Workday Learning.
• Experience with HR technology and employee experience platforms.
• Strong integration architecture skills and API-led design.
• Identity management including SSO and MFA; Entra ID/SailPoint knowledge.
• Data architecture ownership and system-of-record principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design from initial requirements through delivery, ensuring security, scalability and alignment with EA principles.
• Define target-state architectures, roadmaps and governance across platforms, with a focus on Workday Learning and HR tech.

Solution Architect - Workday Transformation

Location: Reading or Dublin, with three days per week in the office.

Contract: 6 months.

Rate: Excellent Day Rate Available.

I'm recruiting for a Solution Architect to join a major enterprise transformation programme, focusing on Workday, HR technology and colleague experience. This 6-month contract offers the opportunity to shape architecture across strategic platforms, integrations and colleague-facing services, working on solutions that support a large, complex retail environment.

You’ll lead solution design from initial requirements through to delivery, ensuring systems are secure, scalable and aligned with wider enterprise architecture principles. A key focus will be Workday Learning, alongside identity management, integration strategy and the evolution of HR and colleague experience platforms.
