Job summary

M&G is seeking a Solution Architect to work across the Life portfolio, translating business requirements into pragmatic technology solutions. You will shape end-to-end architectures spanning customer and colleague experiences, applications, data, security and infrastructure, while maintaining alignment with M&G standards and governance.

The role emphasises collaboration with stakeholders, delivery teams and third parties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a complex, regulated environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into end-to-end technology solutions across applications, data, integrations, AI and security.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services and vendor evaluation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate end-to-end solution architectures for Life portfolio.
• Define target-state views and delivery roadmaps for change initiatives.
• Assess build, buy and reuse options with clear recommendations.
• Ensure architecture alignment with standards and governance.
• Provide guidance across business, product, change and IT stakeholders.
