Safetykleen Brentford hybrid role: own end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solution architecture across Sales, Field Service and Customer Service. You’ll shape CE designs, govern patterns, and align with the wider Enterprise Platform strategy as the team grows.

We are hiring a Solution Architect to own and evolve the architecture of Safetykleen’s Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform - spanning Sales, Field Service and Customer Service - while playing a central role in shaping the wider Enterprise Platform architecture across Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, data and AI/innovation capability.

This is deliberately not a narrowly-scoped CE role. Deep, hands-on CE expertise is essential from day one, but the role is designed with a clear growth path: from CE solution ownership today, into a broader enterprise architecture remit as Safetykleen’s platform and team mature. You’ll work alongside the Enterprise Platform Director, Business analysts and the Data & Analytics team to make sure every decision made in CE fits the bigger enterprise picture, not just what’s immediately in front of you.

What You'll Be Doing

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE, with depth across Sales, Field Service and Customer Service.

• Act as the primary architectural authority and design decision-maker for CE within the Enterprise Platform, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and fit for purpose.
• Partner with the Business analysts (Sales, Operations & Field Service, Finance) and the D365 Development team to translate business requirements into robust, well-governed solution designs.
• Define, maintain and promote architecture standards, patterns and governance across the CE estate - extending these principles toward the wider Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform landscape over time.
• Provide architectural oversight and design review for releases, working closely with IT Project Management on release governance.
• Support integration design across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).
• Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of AI-driven CE capability, including Copilot and emerging LLM-enabled use cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on solution direction, technical feasibility and architectural risk.
• Support rollouts across Safetykleen’s European markets (UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany), ensuring designs scale cleanly across countries.
• Mentor senior business analysts and development teams on architectural thinking, building design capability across the wider team.
• Play an active role in shaping Safetykleen’s Enterprise Architecture practice as it’s established - with a clear path to grow this role’s remit beyond CE into cross-platform architecture.

What We're Looking For

We need a highly experienced Solution Architect with expertise of implementing enterprise CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions - with deep, credible functional and technical expertise across Sales, Field Service and Customer Service, and the maturity to operate as a strategic architectural voice, not just a CE specialist.

You'll bring:

• 8 - 10+ years' experience architecting and delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 CE solutions, with strong hands-on depth in Sales, plus Field Service and Customer Service.
• Proven experience producing end-to-end solution architecture: functional, technical, integration and data design.
• Hands‑on Dataverse experience, including data modelling and security frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Azure integration services.
• Experience with fit-gap analysis, architecture governance, design reviews and solution documentation.
• A track record of acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders - confident challenging and shaping direction, not just implementing it.
• Awareness of AI/LLM-enabled CE capability and genuine interest in applying it practically.
• Ambition and capability to grow beyond a CE‑specific remit into broader enterprise/solution architecture - this role has a defined path to take on architecture ownership across Dynamics 365 F&O, and integration as the platform and team scale.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, comfortable operating from delivery teams through to senior leadership.
• D365 certifications are beneficial, but proven delivery experience and architectural judgement matter most.
