Job Responsibilities

• Identify applications and new business opportunities with focus on drive solutions.
• Develop compelling value propositions in collaboration with our commercial business development managers.
• Initiate and co-create innovative drive solutions with customers.
• Identify business opportunities focusing on drive solutions and co-engineer with our drive application specialists, including developing prototypes and understanding system integration and testing.
• Translate complex concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
• Meet with internal and external partners to respond to product/solution inquiries.
• Understand and communicate the technical and value aspects of our products and solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on sales and customer communications.

Qualifications & Skills

At least 5 years of experience in design engineering or automation in data center infrastructure and HVAC applications. An appropriate technical degree, such as Electrical Engineering, is expected.

You should be a strong problem solver and strategic thinker, well-organized, self-disciplined, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective relationship-building and collaboration skills across stakeholders are essential. Curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning are valued traits. Ability to work across teams and cultures in a matrix organization is important.
