This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere in the UK.

About The Team

The Solution Architect is a senior member of our Consulting Team, responsible for understanding our customers’ supply chain challenges and guiding them to implement our solutions effectively. You will work with new and existing clients to integrate Kinaxis products, demonstrating immediate value and strategic impact.

What you will do

1. Articulate the value of Kinaxis solutions and serve as a supply chain subject matter expert.
2. Lead workshops to gather requirements and define objectives for complex software implementations.
3. Design system architecture and data flow tailored to customer needs, including custom functionalities.
4. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for deployments.
5. Coach team members on configuration tasks.
6. Resolve complex data and analytics issues to ensure optimal results.
7. Oversee validation, testing, data management, and integration activities.
8. Provide functional leadership during escalations and mentor solution consultants.
9. Influence product development by providing customer feedback and industry insights.
10. Participate in sales opportunities, demonstrating the value of Kinaxis solutions.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain software implementation or related business experience.
• At least 3 years as a solution architect or lead consultant for enterprise supply chain projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in supply chain concepts and applications like RapidResponse, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.
• Experience translating business processes into technical requirements and leading data integration and system deployment.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.
• Open to travel approximately 75%, with occasional 100% travel, and effective remote working skills.

Note: This role is not currently open but is anticipated to be in the future.
