About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary AI Solutions Architect with a strong focus on Intelligent Automation to join our growing team. This role involves designing and delivering advanced automation solutions that integrate RPA, AI/ML, NLP, and cognitive services to drive digital transformation initiatives. This is a remote-first position open to candidates residing in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end intelligent automation solutions, combining RPA with AI/ML technologies.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define solution architecture and integration requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, etc.).
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices, standards, and governance for intelligent automation.
• Oversee solution deployment, integration, and performance tuning.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, automation, and enterprise architecture to advise clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead in AI/Intelligent Automation projects.
• Expertise in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) integrated with AI/ML/NLP solutions.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with AI services such as Azure Cognitive Services, Google AI, or OpenAI.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to lead solution design in complex environments.
